KNINV ERP — Support

Help for users of the Kuwait National Investor business system and its iOS and Android applications.

Who can use this app

KNINV ERP is an internal business system. Accounts are issued by Kuwait National Investor to its employees, partners and authorised contractors. It is not open to public registration. If you need an account, contact your manager or write to the address above.

Signing in

• Use the email address and password issued to you by KNINV.
• Forgotten your password? Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen, or ask us to reset it.
• The app connects to erp.kninv.com over an encrypted connection. An internet connection is required.

Notifications

• Allow notifications when the app asks on first launch. You can change this later in your device settings under Notifications.
• You will be notified when a task is assigned to you, when a deadline is approaching or overdue, when a new lead arrives, and when an invoice becomes overdue.
• Not receiving notifications? Confirm they are allowed for the app in device settings, then sign out and back in so the device re-registers.

Common questions

• I cannot see a section of the system. Access depends on your assigned role. Ask your manager if you need additional permissions.
• The app will not load. Check your internet connection, then close and reopen the app. If it persists, contact us with the time and what you were doing.
• I want my account removed. Write to us at the address above.
